First Realty Management (FRM) provides Battle Road Farm with 8 hours per week of property management and 40 hours per week of maintenance and vendor supervision. Property management encompasses tasks from bidding out contracts and providing financial advice to handling resident communications and requests. Maintenance and vendor supervision includes monitoring the property for repair needs and supervising vendors while working onsite. FRM also provides homeowners with the tools needed to make payments, file work orders, and request alterations, as well as in-depth information about the property, via the Homeowner’s Portal (aka SenEarthCo), the homeowner’s primary resource for getting things done.

Although the Homeowner’s Portal is the ultimate resource for all things BRF, some shortcuts are provided on this website. The How To menu item provides useful information about making payments, especially through Online Bill Pay. It also contains links to the forms required to request permission to make alterations to a unit and to install an EV charging station (EVCS). Under About/Governing Documents residents can find the BRF Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, and Amended Rules and Regulations for the property.
