Brigs offers three methods of making monthly condo fee payments: credit card payments, direct debit payments (bank withdrawal), and check payments (by mail or by online bill pay).

Credit card and direct debit payments are performed on the Brigs portal: portal.brigsllc.com. Note that both credit card payments and direct debit payments incur processing fees, regardless of whether they are one-time or recurring payments. Check payments are free and may be automated through your bank’s online bill pay system.
