Online Bill Pay
Many homeowners pay their monthly condo fees automatically through their bank’s online “bill pay” program. With online bill pay, the homeowner’s bank automatically mails a check each month on the homeowner’s behalf.
When establishing bill pay with the bank, homeowners must provide an account number into which their payments will be deposited. That account number is included in the letter homeowners receive annually in December containing their new condo fee. Effective January 1, 2024, the account number will begin with 5088, representing Battle Road Farm, followed by 8 digits representing the homeowner’s unit. Also effective January 1, 2024, the address to which the check should be mailed is:

Please remember that condo fees change annually! Therefore, in order to pay the correct amount and avoid late payment fees, please remember to update your condo fee in your online bill pay by mid-December in time for your January payment.
